Shipping & Returns
Air Shipping Surcharge
  Specific awards are heavy and incur additional charges when shipped by air. For these items, the additional shipping charge is $200.00 for Second Day Air and $300.00 for Next Day Air per piece.
Shipping
  We ship using UPS delivery Services.  Once a package is turned over, UPS terms and conditions of delivery apply to your order.  Shipments are made from our Missouri facility. UPS requires a complete, valid street address for delivery; we do not ship to PO Boxes. If UPS determines that an address correction is needed, or if a change of address is requested after package is in route, additional fees of $25.00 per box plus additional shipping charges may apply. This fee is charged directly to us from UPS. To avoid this charge, please be sure to give us your complete billing address information, including Suite, Apartment, Floor, etc. UPS address correction fees are applied to any order with an incorrect address including orders where UPS corrects the address before delivering to the customer as well as orders returned to us with an incorrect address. If an address correction fee applies and/or reshipment is required, this charge will be billed to you separately.  When shipping an order to multiple addresses - a charge of $20.00 per address applies to each order plus shipping.
Canada and International Delivery
  All UPS shipments to Canada are subject to brokerage fees and are the responsibility of our customers. UPS will collect these additional fees directly from the customer. As part of the eBP (e-tailor Brokerage Program) with UPS, for residential shipments valued under $200.00 (X) CAD, you will be subject to a $10.00 (X) brokerage fee (as well as applicable duties and taxes). For orders valued at over $200.00 (X) CAD, regular UPS brokerage rates apply.

Rush Services
  Orders needed in less than 6 working days are subject to rush charges, as listed below. Air shipping charges may apply. We reserve the right to refuse rush orders based on production capacity. Rush fees apply year round. For orders received and shipped:
• 3-5 days, add 20% of the total merchandise cost
• 2-day, add 50% of the total merchandise cost
• Same day orders must be placed by noon EST, add 100% of the total merchandise cost
Return Policy
 
      Due to the custom nature of our products all sales are final. Return of goods will require an authorized return number.


      • All “Stock” merchandise may be returned with a restocking fee equal to 10% of the merchandise value.
      • Custom printed or engraved products cannot be returned unless meeting the following criteria:
    -We made a customization error
    -Your awards arrive damaged
      • There are no returns on discontinued or clearance items.

      Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Please call Customer Service (1-800-556-7652) prior to any return for return approval and a return authorization number. This number allows both you and Image Award Ribbons to track the progress of your shipment back to us.


NOTE: During the months of May, June and July we may need longer to produce your order.
